Select the ideal package
Select the ideal package tailored to your requirements. Take into account your venue's layout, desired play duration, and estimated number of players to ensure the perfect fit. Keep in mind that a larger player count may require additional bunkers or cover.

Terms and Conditions
Booking and payment
- Upon agreeing to a date and time and confirming your intention to proceed, a contract will be issued, along with an invoice detailing booking information and payment instructions. A 50% payment is then due. Payment can be made via Direct Deposit.
- We will contact you 14 days prior to your event to finalise payment arrangements.
- Failure to make the required deposit or final payment does not release you from the contractual agreement.
- Please print and sign the Liability and Assumption of Risk form and provide it to the Aim4Fun team member either before or on the day of your event.
Transfer of Date
You can change the day or time of your Laser Tag event at no cost if we receive the request at least 42 days prior to the event. Changes made less than 42 days prior to the event may incur a 25% fee at the discretion of Aim4Fun.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 42 days or less prior to your event may incur a 25% charge of the invoiced amount at the discretion of Aim4Fun. If you cancel less than 30 days before the event, the full invoiced amount is due, and no refund will be provided. Aim4Fun Mobile Laser Tag reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time. In the unlikely event of cancellation by Aim4Fun, all fees paid will be refunded.
Inclement Weather
Laser Tag can be played in all weather conditions. However, if there is persistent heavy rain or lightning, Aim4Fun may choose to reschedule the event to an agreed time and day.
Acknowledgement
All participants in Aim4Fun Mobile Laser Tag must acknowledge and agree to play before participating in the games. Players under the age of 18 require consent from their parent/guardian before participating. We recommend sending/distributing PARTY INVITATIONS to each attendee to acknowledge their participation.
There are inherent risks involved in all indoor/outdoor activities. The event organizer must sign the disclaimer form before the activity commences. It is essential that all participants, as well as parents/guardians of players under 18 years of age, are aware of the inherent risks associated with such activities.

Acknowledgement
All participants in Aim4Fun Mobile Laser Tag must acknowledge and agree to play before participating in the games. Children under 18 require consent from their parent or guardian. We recommend sending or distributing PARTY INVITATIONS to each attendee to confirm their participation in the Laser Tag activity. During the session briefing, verbal consent will be obtained from each participant, confirming they understand the inherent risks associated with playing Laser Tag. Sturdy footwear is required; bare feet, Crocs, and flip-flops are discouraged. ALCOHOL: Any player (including parents) who exhibits signs of intoxication will not be permitted to participate in the Laser Tag activity. At Aim4Fun’s discretion, the organiser may be asked to remove any affected player(s) from the playing area, and play may be suspended until the player(s) are removed.
Emergency Evacuation
Ensure that emergency evacuation points are clearly identified, and all entrances and exits are free of obstructions. Safety is everyone’s responsibility - if you notice something unsafe, either fix it yourself or inform someone who can address it.
First Aid
All Aim4Fun staff are trained in first aid; however, the organiser is responsible for administering any necessary first aid. All accidents or injuries must be reported to an Aim4Fun staff member, and an incident report form should be completed.
Participants' Responsibilities
- Skylarking or any reckless, unsafe behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- Any actions likely to cause injury to oneself or others are not permitted.
- Participants must wear a hat or cap and sturdy footwear.
- Any participant who disregards instructions or refuses direction from staff may be asked not to participate.
Liability and Assumption of Risk
As the party host, you are responsible for ensuring the following:
- The playing area is safe for all participants and spectators.
- Tripping hazards, sharp or pointed obstacles, building materials, debris, children’s toys, and low or fallen branches are removed, safely covered, or clearly marked.
- The playing area is located away from swimming or wading pools and separated by appropriately locked pool fencing, as phasers cannot be immersed in water.
- Any areas near cliffs or substantial drops are roped off.
- Family pets are kept away from the playing area.
- PLEASE fill out the Liability and Assumption of Risk Form.
- Only YOU as the Event Organiser needs to sign the form - NOT the other parents or participants. Then either send it electronically back to Rob or bring it with you on the day.
